Complimentary, A trained professional will visit you and give your Mercedes-Benz a full health check up, which should take about 30-45 minuets.  This will include a STAR diagnostic test utilizing computerized diagnostic equipment with Mercedes-Benz diagnostic platform.  We will also, at no charge, ensure that the essential safety items are checked for performance and wear.  You will then be provided, at no charge, a full written report and will have the on-site option to discuss items which may be of concern.

 

What are the Benefits.

· We will come to your home or work place.

· This is done at a time convenient for you.

· You will be provided with a written copy and print out of the results.

· If there’s essential work to be performed, you will have the option to discuss it on the spot and book and appointment if necessary.

 

How is the Process.

· Dial 1800 992 3694 to book an appointment

· A STAR-to-You advisor will contact you on the day of the appointment to confirm your set arrival time.

· The advisor will talk with you and discuss the checks to be performed.

· Mercedes-Benz protective fender covers will be fitted.

· STAR diagnostic test and system checks will be performed.

· A print out along with the health check list will be presented to you, any items requiring attention will be noted.

· The advisor will talk with you to book an appointment at our facility for your convenience if one is desired.

 

What are the Checks.

A Mercedes-Benz STAR Diagnostic test will be administered along with:

 

· Testing the quality of the Brake fluid and the cooling system Anti-freeze

· Fluid levels topped up (not transmission fluid).

· A test of the active braking system components.

· Light function test

· In-Car Air Condition temperature test.

· Battery load and capacity test.

· Tire pressure/tread depth check.
