In regards to our services, all parts and labor are warranted for 12 months or Unlimited miles (which ever comes first).

 

If we are called back for a concern after service is performed, a minimum 1 hour labor charge of $120.00 will be applied until the concern is resolved.  If the concern is diagnosed and does not apply to the labor or part performed/installed on the initial service, the $120.00 labor charge will apply.  If in fact that the concern is related to either the part or labor performed/installed on the initial service, the charge will be waived and the concern shall be resolved under the 12/U.  If concern is found caused by misuse of vehicle and or vehicle tampering, the 12/U will not apply and the $120.00 labor charge will apply. 

 

We accept most all aftermarket warranties, please let us know if you have one at the time you set your appointment.  Be prepared to supply contract and phone numbers of your warranty company so that we may be able to start a claim right away.

 

If you are still covered under a  Mercedes Benz factory, base, extended, pre-owned, starmark or ELW warranty, may we suggest that you visit our dealer pages to locate a service center nearest you to have your concerns resolved free of charge (note, maintenance beginning model year 2005 is no longer free, you either pre-pay when you purchase the vehicle or pay at time of service).
