Checks and Visual Inspections:
1) Read out fault memory with diagnostics tester
2) Check lights and turn signal indicators
3) Check miscellaneous electrical consumers
4) Check windshield Wipers
5) Check safety belts and safety belt buckles
6) Check date of expiration on breakdown kits tire seal container
7) Check battery fluid and top up if necessary
8) Check wheels and condition of tires
9) Tighten wheels to specified torque
10) Check tire pressures and correct where necessary
11) Top up windshield cleanser for summer or winter
12) Check brake fluid level
13) Check underside of vehicle for signs of damage
14) Check engine for signs of leakage
15) Check that the exhaust system does not leak and is not loose
16) Check transmission oil level and that there are no leaks
17) Check condition and tension of V-Belt
18) Check coolant level
19) Check anti-freeze concentrate in coolant and top up if necessary
20) Check axle shaft collars for signs of damage
21) Check all rubber bearings and joints for signs of damage
22) Check hand brakes empty run
23) Conduct visual inspection of brake lines
24) Check break linings for wear
25) Check brake disks
26) Check front axles wheel mounted brake cylinder for any signs of leakage
27) Road test vehicle for performance
28) Check steering system & collars for any signs of damage
